After nearly 10 years of marriage and 16 years together, the pair reportedly divorced in November 2015, according to prior court records. Last March, they made their separation widely known.

Phoenix is the younger sister of actor and fashion designer Joaquin Phoenix.
Atticus, age nine, and Indiana, age 13, are the couple’s two boys. After six years of dating and the birth of their first son, they got married in June 2006, having started dating in the year 2000. They last appeared together in 2014 at a public function.

The actress, model, and designer—who also happens to be Joaquin Phoenix’s younger sister—asked for spousal support in her court documents, and sources tell PEOPLE that Affleck would pay even though he filed material in court to the contrary.
